The Cooma Country Roots and Blues (CRAB) festival started in 2018 as part of the Cooma Rotary Markets, and is now in its 4th year. The CRAB is entry free - made possible by the generous financial support of the Cooma Rotary Club and the Snowy Monaro Regional Council. The objective and values of the CRAB and Markets is “fun day for all the family” ….. especially important these days!

Music will start at about 9am and go until early afternoon.

The musical line-up is curated by Michael Barry from Self Propelled Artists and lead singer of Australia’s own Stormcellar. This years line-up is the usual high quality talent that Michael has carefully selected and invited and includes:

STORMCELLAR

FILTHY DARLINGS

UNCLE JD & WARREN

JASMINE ATKINS

ELECTRIC TOMMY JOHNSTON

FELICITY DOWD

The Markets are held in Centennial Park, in the centre of Cooma. The park is grassy and covered with large, shade giving trees. The music performances will be on the park’s fabulous band shell, so easy to see and hear!

In addition to the great music there will be great market stalls to visit and great food including barbecue and other special offerings.

As the Park is in the centre of Cooma, and the event is on a Sunday, parking will not be a problem. There are clean toilet facilities on the park.
